“When I buy a beat does it still contain the “Adamack Beatz” vocal tags?”
No. After you purchase a beat, a high-quality, tag-free file will be instantly available for download.
“I would like a WAV file for the beat(s) I have just purchased. Can I receive one?”
No problem! Simply send me an email at adamackbeatz@gmail.com and provide the names of the beats which you have purchased and need WAV files for.
“What rights do I receive when I lease a beat?”
When you purchase a license, you receive non-exclusive rights to the instrumental. Non-exclusive rights enable the buyer to:
- Make one master recording over the beat / instrumental
- Distribute this recording for any profitable or non-profitable use for up to 3000 copies
- Distribute the recording on any kind of recording media (CD, DVD, VHS, etc.)
- Keep 100% of profits you make from sales of your song
Please understand that production credit must be given to Adamack Beatz for distributed material. This can be done verbally on the recorded song, or displayed in text on the CD booklet/back cover.
“I’ve decided that I no longer wish to use the rap beat I have licensed. Do you offer a return or exchange policy?”
Because my beats are electronically transferred and cannot be physically “returned”, all sales are final.
I will work with you to help resolve any difficulties you may experience related to your purchase. However, in the interest of fairness to our customers and in an effort to prevent theft, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for rap beats.
“I’ve just purchased a beat and I would like the beat tracked-out (seperated) into individual WAV files, is this possible?”
Yes, however there is an added charge of $25 for the additional service.
After your buy a beat, send me an email at adamackbeatz@gmail.com with your request and I will send you a Paypal invoice for the additional charge.
Once you have paid this charge we will send you a .ZIP file containing the separated instruments.
“I’d like to own full rights to an instrumental. Do you offer exclusive rights?”
Yes, I offer exclusive rights to my beats. Some beats can be purchased exclusively directly from the beat player. If you see a beat without a price and would like a quote, send me an email at adamackbeatz@gmail.com.
“If I buy non-exclusive rights to a beat, and someone buys it exclusively later, do I keep my non-exclusive rights?”
Yes. You keep your non-exclusive rights to the beat even if someone buys exclusive rights to it. After your rights run out, however, you can no longer license the beat.
“If I purchase more than one beat at a time, do I receive any special discounts?”
If you purchase any 3 beats in one day, I will send you a free beat of your choice! Send me an email at adamackbeatz@gmail.com letting me know which beat you would like for free.
“What are my limitations with free beats?”
Free beats can be used for any non-profitable promotional or personal use including posting the recorded song on Myspace (and all other social networking sites), putting the song on your personal website, burning the song onto a cd to display your work for others, and any other non-profitable, non-commercial use.
If you plan to distribute the beat, you will need to contact me to purchase a license.
“I Don’t Have $20, So I’m Just Going To Steal The Beat.”
Instead of paying the small leasing fee or buying exclusive rights, there are those who would rather steal a producer’s work.
There is no benefit in doing this. All of my beats are LEGALLY PROTECTED and owned by myself until exclusive rights are purchased. After which, ownership is then given to the buyer.
If you attempt to use my beats in any form without proof of purchase, all legal actions will be taken against you. Stealing beats is simply not worth it.
